Industry renowned Eric Lanlard, who has baked cakes for the likes of Madonna, Claudia Schiffer, Liz Hurley and Elton John will teach you skills that you can replicate at home, using simple cake decorating tools. This hands on experience takes place in his Cake Boy boutique, a unique cake emporium. At the end of the workshop, you'll take home a box of 12 of your own delicious creations! You'll learn to spread and pipe buttercream icing like a pro, use subtle and vibrant paste colours, roll and cut icing to create decorative shapes and adorn your cakes with glitter, sprinkles and more. All materials are provided, including plenty of unadorned cupcakes. Tea and coffee is provided to help get those creative juices flowing!
